By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting artwork, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to purchase products or services from Thread & Press.

By using this website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and Services

Thread & Press offers:

  • Custom apparel

  • DTF transfers

  • Screen printing

  • Embroidery services

  • Promotional products

  • Customized garments

  • Non-custom apparel and accessories

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies

Payment must be received before production or shipment begins.

Orders remain the property of Thread & Press until paid in full.

5. Custom Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of artwork, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property submitted for production.

By submitting artwork, the customer represents and warrants that:

  • They own the rights to the submitted content; or

  • They have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses.

The customer assumes full responsibility for any intellectual property claims arising from submitted artwork.

Thread & Press shall not be responsible for verifying ownership of customer-supplied artwork.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thread & Press from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from submitted content.

6. Artwork Approval

Custom orders require customer approval before production begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs for:

  • Spelling

  • Grammar

  • Colors

  • Design placement

  • Sizing

  • Artwork accuracy

Once artwork is approved and production begins, the order is considered final.

Thread & Press is not responsible for errors that were present in approved artwork proofs.

7. Production Variances

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, customers acknowledge and accept industry-standard production tolerances.

Quantity Variance

For custom production orders, actual quantities may vary by up to 5% above or below the ordered quantity.

Such variances are considered acceptable fulfillment and do not constitute defects.

Color Variance

Printed colors may vary from:

  • Digital proofs

  • Computer monitors

  • Mobile devices

  • Previous production runs

  • Pantone references

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Placement Variance

Minor variations in artwork placement, alignment, and print location are normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute defects.

Garment Size Tolerance

Garment measurements may vary by approximately ±1 inch from manufacturer specifications.

These variations are considered normal and acceptable.

8. Order Cancellations

Custom Orders

Custom orders may only be canceled before artwork approval and production commencement.

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled.

Non-Custom Orders

Non-custom orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.

9. Refunds and Returns

All refunds, replacements, and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Custom products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

Customers agree to review the Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, processing, and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Thread & Press shall not be liable for carrier delays, weather events, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

11. International Orders

Customers outside the United States are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • VAT

  • Customs fees

  • Brokerage fees

  • Local taxes

Thread & Press is not responsible for charges imposed by customs authorities or government agencies.

12. Prohibited Content

Thread & Press reserves the right to refuse any order containing:

  • Copyright infringement

  • Trademark infringement

  • Hate speech

  • Obscene content

  • Illegal content

  • Defamatory content

  • Content promoting unlawful activity

Refund eligibility for refused orders shall be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thread & Press shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Lost business opportunities

  • Loss of goodwill

  • Special damages

  • Incidental damages

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

14. Force Majeure

Thread & Press shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Government actions

  • Labor disputes

  • Power outages

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Public health emergencies

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Thread & Press before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

In the event of a dispute, Thread & Press may provide:

  • Artwork approvals

  • Order records

  • Email communications

  • Tracking information

  • Delivery confirmations

  • Production documentation

to financial institutions, payment processors, and dispute resolution entities.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions, collections efforts, and legal action where permitted by law.

16. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security

  • Protecting login credentials

  • All activities occurring under your account

Thread & Press reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations of these Terms.

17. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
